With this percentile you can only get private colleges. Mostly private college have high fees
But if you want to take admission with this percentile then you have only option to go with private college. Fees will be high but on the other hand you'll also get admission there. Thanks.

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. It's difficult to predict because cut keep changing every year depends on various factors like no of seat available, difficulty level of exam and noo of student appear in exam. As you secured 20950 obc rank in JEE Mains. Your percentile is 94.24. No, the chance of getting IIIT Surat is less as closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 9713 for Electronics and Communication Engineering. And closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 7214 for computer Science Engineering.

For sol, seats bifurcation is their in terms of direct admissions & entrance exams. Direct route is only for DU students. Other students applying for M.Com in DU sol needs to take entrance exams only in order to get admission. Although, at least 70% needs to be their in B.Com and for entrance also 80% is required.
