Hi Shashank,
You have two choices, either you can take the GMAT and apply to a top ranked business school like UBC, University of Toronto, etc. or apply to tier 2 universities like TRU and VIU without the GMAT. Your grades are ok but not very competitive so if you take the GMAT you have to score a high percentile. Very good SOP and LORs will be required. You must also take the IELTS.

Absolutely! You can but you have to get admission in IISERs from any one of the channels among JEE Advance, KVPY or IISER apt. You can crack KVPY or IISER apt to get admission in IISER. Also, IISER apt is the easiest way to get admission in the college.
