Hi Dipangshu,
Work experience is not required in India. Which one is better will depend on the university and also on your career plans. In India we have renowned business schools like ISB and IIM, the only ones which are globally recognized, if you get through one of these your life is set. Germany on the other hand has top notch universities like WHU Otto Beisheim, Mannheim Business School, etc. If you want to finally settle down in India get into a top ranked school so that employers here value your degree.

Streams related to science are apt for you as you will be able to put your concepts of PCM in engineering discipline. If you have interest in physics then you can look for mechanical, civil, astronomy, aeronautics and electronics/electrical engineering. For chemistry you can look for textile, bio-tech and chemical engineering. So, in all you just need to look for your area of interest. Any discipline you choose not of your interest than you might face difficulties in future. So, take a wise decision before making any final call.

Hi Jaspreet,
Firstly, you have to know what is best for you. I can suggest some courses but only you will know if that particular course would be suitable for you or not, since you have done your B.Com you have to know that universities in Canada do not accept three years Bachelor degree , only 2 or 3 tier 2 universities accepts it. You are left with PG Diploma options from SPP colleges. Apart from Canada you are advised to check universities in Australia, France, New Zealand, etc. which accepts Indian three years degree. Regarding the courses you can check accounting, finance, supply and logistics, event management, etc.
