HRIT University conducts HRIT HNAT Test to shortlist candidates for admission. The university also accepts scores in GPAT, UGAT, PG Admission Test conducted by AKTU, etc. for specific programmes. Hence, admission to most of the courses is entrance-based.

The general requirements for degree courses are:

• High school transcripts or
• Diploma from a high or secondary school
• Transcripts or certificates for any completed university/postsecondary college courses
• English Proficiency

Candidates need to pass Intermediate exam of UP Board or Class 12 exam or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics and one of the optional subjects-Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for BTech course at HRIT University.

Aspirants need to pay INR 1,000 to apply for a course at HRIT University. Aspirants have to pay via any of the online payment modes.

Based on the ratio of admissions to applications, the James Madison University acceptance rate stands at 78%.

The selection criteria for the courses at Prestige University are based on merit/entrance exam scores. Candidates are required to pay the course fee if they are shortlisted for admission.  Lost Stories Academy, admission is currently open.

Prestige University admission is a mix of merit and entrance-based. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. Aspirants must pass Class 12/graduation as per the course requirements. The institute offers eight courses at the UG and PG level. 

The NTA CSIR NET application correction dates for the June session will be mentioned in the notification when it is released. It is advised to the candidates that they should fill all the details properly in the registration form. Because after the last date, candidates will not be allowed to make corrections.   

The last date to apply for the CSIR UGC NET December session was October 27, 2025 (up to 11:50 PM). The last date for fee payment was October 28. Candidates could apply for payment through net-banking/debit/credit card/UPI. 

HRIT University offers courses at UG, PG, Diploma and doctoral levels. The university offers courses in Engineering, Science, Management, and other streams. Some of the top courses offered by the university includes BTech, MBA, BBA (Hons), etc.

Students would need a UG degree with min 60% for a 3 year degree and 55% for a 4 year one, along with English Proficiency and submission of Required Documents.

HRIT University does offer lateral entry to BTech course. Aspirants who have completed a three-year Diploma in Engineering with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for BTech (LE). Aspirants who have passed a three-year BSc can also apply. 

Candidates need to pass bachelor's degree of a minimum of three years from any recognised university or its equivalent with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST category candidates) to apply for MBA at HRIT University.
