To appear in IBPS Bank Exams, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university or college. IBPS conducts four banking exams: IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB and IBPS SO Exam. Eligibility criteria for these exams is different. Click here:

Yes, you can give CLAT exam. There is no issue, if you have done your graduation from distance mode. You need to make sure that you score overall percentage more than 50% and clear the law entrance exam and then you will be eligible to get admissions in NLU's.

Kindly, mention if you have chosen any university /B-school in New York. If yes, you can check the specific requirements on their website. MBA applicants are required to take the GMAT, TOEFL, have work experience and must hold a four year Bachelor degree or equivalent. I don't think you are eligible at the moment but you can write to the universities first.
