Thanks for registering on https://Shiksha.com. As you have not cleared the first semester of MMS, You have an option of continuing with your previous college and paying the prevalent fees and appearing for the first semester examination. If you clear the examination you have to pay the second semester fees and continue your MMS studies. You also have an option to appear for the entrance test and take admission elsewhere in a college of your choice,if you wish to change the college. It is entirely your decision ,how you decide and take the option.
