You are eligible, as you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria of 50% marks in graduation, but the chances of getting a call from top IIMs are grim, if you belong to general category. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. However, there are chances to get call from new IIMs, if you get a really good percentile i

You went for the right decision. Just because you have dropped a year, make sure you hit it this time. Syllabus of CLAT is somewhat different for the students who are from the science background. Dropping a year and focusing completely on NLUs is a worthy decision.

Both are best in terms of education and placements. It is on the students to decide what they want to choose as both have a good education system and requires about 90% marks to get seats in Loyola and Xavier's (almost the same).

Hi Subhash,
Yes, you can apply for JEE Mains exam. For JEE Mains 2018, you should have passed class 12th/equivalent not earlier than 2016. For the case of late results- If a candidate appeared in class 12th/equivalent exam in 2015 but got his result cleared in 2016, then you are not eligible to apply for JEE Mains 2018. They only allowed for three consecutive years after 12th for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced.

Hi Raushan,
It will help you within the current organization in India but if you want to apply for a fresh job abroad it will certainly not be of much use. Ask yourself why would a organization hire you over the applicants with full-time degree and from good universities.

Hello Ma'am,
Actually, the choice of course totally depends on the interest of your son that he is interested in which course. So firstly, you should try to know his interests. On the other hand, if I talk about BBA and BHM then BBA has a good scope than BHM because BBA is more preferred by students these days.
