B.ed is different from computer science. B.Ed is a training course for teaching. And computer science is a bachelors degree. You can do both at a time or you can do one after another. But you should remember that both are different courses.

No, you can't. Because it is a state wide entrance exam. DCET is only for Karnataka people (who studied in Karnataka).

Yes, you can do it. Start preparing for state wide and national wide entrance exams of Ph.D. Like UG NET, Symbiosis exam, JNU exam, etc. If you get good score they will provide you seat in good universities or IIT or NIT for doing Ph.D.
