Both these institutes are good and recognised. It totally depends on your needs as there is no comparison between the two. One is for getting school certificate from distance education and other one is for getting higher education certificate, Diploma and degree courses. So, both are the best.

Than NDA exam is conducted by UPSC and can be given by 10+2 passed or appeared students. NDA exam conducts twice in an year I. e April and September. For more details complete your question please.

The eligibility criteria of most of the colleges for BBA course is 10+2 with English with 50% of aggregate marks. Hence you can be eligible if English taken at 10+2 level. Further there will not provide any benefits of two years spent in doing pharmacy course.
