11th standard marks doesn't matter in any kind of entrance test. You need to score good in 12th first (above65%) to get a good college. Hope this might help you :). .

Hello sushipal, The cut off marks for each category varies every year. So, it is quite tough to judge the minimum marks required. But to crack ICAR try to get good marks about 400 if you can

But unfortunately you have not mention as to where or in which organisation you are trying to apply. But normally speaking you can apply for either electronics or instruments station anyone for which the advertisement has appeared. Best wishes to you.
