The Company Secretary Course has three levels and the fees structure is as follows -
For foundation you need to pay Rs 4500
For CS executive the fees is Rs 8500
And for CS professional the fees is Rs 12000. The fee structure is same for the entire country.

Marks don't tell what exactly a person will be a quality engineer or not. Our education has system has made some boder line for identifying those person. Lets revert back to your question for JEE advance it is 75% for candidate. Relaxation of 5 -10% for reserved candidate. For state level college you need more than 55% in 12th boards.

Any student is ineligible to change their course from B.Com to any other course directly after first year of college. Having completed your first year in B.Com you can only pursue the second year of B.Com in your college or in a different college, through lateral entry facilities. But if you in beginning of first year, you can pass a Statement in the admission section for more details.

Actually what you asking is not possible because if you are doing a course in that particular University you can't change the university if you change then you have to study the chords from start like you want to say you have completed first year in another college and 2nd year in another college, that's not possible.
