Yes you can opt B.Tech in biotechnology from so many other colleges those provide the course. JEE is only mandatory for IIT and some other I think, so you can choose other entrance of engineering or you can opt direct admission from private colleges.

BSc Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course for those students who want to serve society by taking care of patients.
Candidates must qualify for the NEET exam to seek BSc nursing admission in top nursing colleges . (The marks needed for getting admission into AIIMS for a BSc in nursing are 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.)

Yes, getting passed with any marks is the minimum criteria for Masters in Urdu Literature. However, some colleges consider graduation marks as the criteria to make their merit list. But most colleges don't have such criteria specially for Urdu literature.
