As per your percentile in CAT it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-schools, so as per your profile I would suggest you to take a year gap and prepare for next CAT exam, you may also take the MAT- MAY exam then apply to various B-schools.

With 15 (10+2+3) years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from universities in US you need to have 16 (10+2+4) years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
