For those who are just starting, it is time for action. By understanding the Preliminary and Main Examination requirements, one need to plan daily activities as only limited time is there in your hands.
There is no strategy or preparation-plan which can be used as a template. Each candidate has different level of talent, capacity and traits which make it difficult to emulate strategies of even successful candidates.
However, we are suggesting a preparation-plan keeping in mind the Prelims and Main examination related requirements and the limited time at your disposal.
Time till mid-April 2012 should be utilized for preparing General Studi

Also there are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
