Job with consultant is surely a better and diverse learning opportunities of multifaceted HR and related roles including client service, marketing, networking skills, etc. for any fresh graduate is better than landing into corporate. One can work and learn with HR consulting for 2 years or so before shifting to a large MNC HR consulting company or to a corporate.
