Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well. It won't be a good choice over marketing but if ur very much interested abt retail marketing then go for RMM.scope for RMM can be like the avg package this yr was 4.5.highest was close to 12lpa. Also 100% placement they give.

For Executive MBA, there are multiple good options available. You can go for full time 1 year MBA or Evening Batch MBA with work for 2-3 years or correspondence. If you can afford to quit your job and go for full time MBA, there are many good options available like ISB or IIM Lucknow's IPMX program which happens in Noida. But, yes you need to study for admissions.
There is another program offers by various IIMs for Executives called Working Managers program. These are on-campus programs too, but they have evening batches. I am currently a part of IIM Lucknow's Working Manager's Program. My classes happens in their Noida Campus,
