The call is solely based on the basis of entrance test. So yes if you do well in entrance you will get a interview call. But in interview the whole profile is examined. There you might lose marks.

I'm sorry to let you know that what you have heard is not true . Infact we have many visiting faculty turning into permanent ones. We have our director as Dr. Pramod Kumar who is the face & heart of our institute.The average placement package is of Rs. 6 lakhs.

I would advise to get aware of all the current affairs happenings around you nationally and internationally. Reading a lot of books and newspaper to enhance your vocabulary and will give detailed information.
