Your percentile is low but you could still go for Prestige, IPS. If you want IMS DAVV then you appear for the DAVV CET exam for admission.

Focus more on Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics as they cover 50% portion of the syllabus. If possible, buy a decent book for Applied Physics as it should be completely different field for you. Alternatively, you can find online tutorials available on the internet. Practice as many numericals and maths problems as possible for the topic you prepared. As you have bought the book for it, you can try problems from Singh & Singh, but don't rely on it for solutions. Use your own intuition and concepts. Minimum CAT percentile required changes every year. CAT percentile is not the only criteria that will let you into IIM-A. They also considers so many extra curricular activities done by you then too minimum percentile for your category will be around 60-70 percentile.

Hello Sarath, for Rajagiri CMAT cutoff score is 60/400, KMAT cutoff score 108/720, CAT cutoff is 50 percentile and MAT 500/800 (MAT score is only considered for PGDM course and not for MBA).

Don't worry about the things you can't really change. Although, you will be at disadvantage, because of low scores in the past. You can offset it with scoring higher percentile in CAT and get admission in one of the top 10 institutes. All the best.
