It's too hard to do that but I am tell you some of the basic tricks to improve your marks in JEE
1. Do not read new chapters now just focus on the chapters and topics you have covered previously.
2. Give test series as much you can and hence check your test analysis after every test and improve your weak topics.
3. Try to do some PYQS questions.
4. Revise the syllabus as much you can.
5. You should know how much time is given to a subject according to your strength at the time of paper and preference also to attempt which subject first. Do it in same pattern as you do in test series. I think this will really help you.

Take proper breaks, remember your brain is not a computer and needs proper rest. Start studying for the exams in advance and don't leave everything for the last moment. Study the toughest topic first, if you can, wake up early and revise the topics you are the least confident about. Make a proper timetable and allot time for each topic, give yourself deadlines for proper time management.

The fees structure is different from one college and other. According to me, there will be less budget in the government colleges. The total budget of B.Com will be less than 25,000. But if we go to any private colleges, the fees structure is very high. It goes around 2 lacs for the whole course. I would prefer government colleges for study purpose. They also teach the same. But cleanliness is not maintained properly in government colleges. That's the only difference between them.
