No, it is not possible to get NIT's or IIT's for CSE branch on 93 percentile because cutoff for CSE branch goes to very high something 95+ percentile above, but to take very good others 2-tier colleges on behalf of this percentile.

Just as long as anyone else- maybe longer since you will most likely have to do a post-bacc. Medical schools do not give extra credit for a nursing degree, because nursing is a very different field that emphasizes and teaches different things. Nurses that want to become an MD must jump through the same hoops as everyone else that wants to be an MD.
