Yes, Valid score in any of the all India approved tests are accepted which included MAT results. (CAT,CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT,MH CET). There is no prescribed minimum cut off score for any test. However, due weightage is given to the test scores. For this year’s admission 20 percent weightage will be given to the test score. 1. Test score 2. Group Discussion (GD) 3. Two Rounds of personal interview (PI): a) Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge and look into your overall understanding. b) Competency based In Interview: Competency or behavioral interviews are based on the idea that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. The interviewer will want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated particular behaviors. 4. Past academic records 5. Work experience, if any Based on weighted average of the above parameters, the merit listing is done.

The candidates should complete their B.Sc. under any registered University in the following subjects like B.Sc. allied Health Sciences, Botany, Chemistry, BUMS, Biochemistry as main or ancillary, B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Bio Science, Biology, Physics, BSMS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Physician Assistant, BPTH, Bachelor of Occupational Theory (BOT), Zoology, any Biological Sciences or Professional course such as MBBS. in science stream.
The marks of admission for this course vary from University to University. In various colleges and Universities it conducts entrance exams for the admission of the students.
So, You are eligible to pursue M.Sc in Neuroscience.

Well both streams are way different from each other hence it is unfair to compare both. However for your better unerstanding I will try my best to explain you the career prospects of both the courses thus enabling you to take an informed career choice:
Economics:
A graduate in Economics can aspires many entry-level jobs in banking, finance, insurance, stock markets, sales and marketing as well as corporations like consulting firms or government departments. They can also begin their career with government enterprises, public undertakings, investment firms, business journals and newspapers. The Indian Economics Services and Reserve Bank of India are also excellent options open to those who want to join government services. However, the more ambitious students of economics can go for MBA degrees offered by many institutions. As a general option to all social science students, economics student can opt for journalism, law etc to diversify their career opportunities.
Those who have keen interest in higher studies and research can opt for M.Phil. and Ph.D. and thereby aspire to take higher position in public and private sector.
They can also take up teaching as a career in various colleges, universities and professional institutions. Some others may choose to enter non-profit institutions like NGOs. Economic consulting is another option available for students from economic background.
Event Management:
Event management is a multifaceted activity. Major constituents of this profile include creativity, meticulous planning, relationship management, advertising and marketing and much more, all rolled into one seamlessly choreographed process.

Once you have garnered ample experience you can either start working in the capacity of a freelancer or event set up your own events business.
The pay packet in this industry varies according to your role and responsibility. It also depends on factors such as the organisation you are working with, the type of clientele your organisation is catering to, your experience, the city where the firm is located and so on.
