MBA and PGDM are similar degree with difference in nomenclature. In India, MBA degree can be awarded by a university only. Independent B School awards PGDM. Even IIMs, MDI, etc. award PGDM. It is suggested that before enrolling for PGDM you may check whether B School PGDM is approved by AIU equivalent to MBA or not.

This certificate is very much authenticates your having achieved the degree and in no way inferior than actual degree certificate. This is larger in size and generally printed in calligraphy having signature of Chancellor or vice Chancellor with the logo and stamp.
