Hi,
Migration to any country is easy if you study there and then apply for a job and work visa. Getting a job from India won't be that easy to either of the countries. In order of easiness, Canada, Germany and then USA for PR. You may also consider Australia. The best way is to check their skill shortage list and then look for a job or course accordingly.

Hello Varsha,
Clearing JEE Mains is not a must in most of the states in India. JEE Mains enable your admission in NIT or IIT or CGFI. And of course, for some states who have declared this as their CET but many states conduct their own entrance exam and you can get admission via this.
