No, you can't get admission in Sanghvi College for 2nd year because the universities are different. MIT WPU is a deemed University while Sanghvi College of Engineering is affiliated to Mumbai University. You will have to complete your graduation in MIT WPU itself, or else get admission in Sanghvi College of Engineering but will have to enroll into 1st year B.Tech.

Hi Asim,
JMI Entrance is not so difficult, it is upto the level of board exams if you leave long answer type questions. If you have gone through your 11th and 12th seriously then I am 100% sure that you can crack the entrance. It requires understanding of each single topic. Go through previous years' papers in order to understand the types of question asked.

Hello Alok, The fee structures of different colleges is different. It varies from around rupees 60000 per year to about 2 Lacs per year. Nowadays all the state governments have instituted what is called as "fees deciding authority" and all private colleges in that particular state have to get their fees approved by this statutory body. Your query about packages is difficult to answer at this stage. This is because 4 years from today what will happen, what will be the packages etc. Nobody can imagine. Presently the packages vary from 6 lacs to 15 lacs per annum. Best wishes to you.
