First of all you need to decide the institute where you would like to pursue the course. For most universities in US you will also need to appear for either GRE or GMAT. It depends on the course you plan to study. Scholarship from the institute is based on the test score and your past academic score. So you will get scholarship only if you have had a good academic score throughout.

The best way of doing this, is to gather information on important parameters such as recognition of the institute; course content; calibre of the faculty; structure of the course; infrastructure of the institute; the type of projects, research work or internships done by previous batches; the institute's tie-up or affiliations with the industry; placement record (where students from previous batches have got placed, what percentage were placed through on-campus place

I have too pursued BE from LNCT Bhopal and No you cannot take admission without MP-PET.
You Must have Merit Marks in MP-PET to avail LNCT Bhopal.
