Hi,
If you mean full time PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Since you have not done graduation so you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However as per your profile you may surely consider pursuing one year diploma course in management.

Friend, first of all you must consider the norms for a good technical university. Like whether the university is technically sound, how is the placements, how is its corporate linkages , its fee structure etc. The university fulfilling all these norms will be considered as a good university. So as per my suggestion, GLA University Mathura would be a good choice to pursue BTech. Engineering department of the university is the best department with highest record of salary package of 22 lakhs.
