Avinash, it might not be fear as you are suspecting, but it could be only 'Extra Caution' which is making you in-decisive. I suggest you write done all the factors in suirt on a piece of paper, the ones which are driving the so called fear inside you. Write them out and then taking one at a time try to figure out the root cause of each of them. All the root causes might lead to only one or at the most two factors. Now that you know the factors tackle them as if they are nothing serious. Make a strategy as to in what ways you can mitigate them or dissolve them. That would make you take decisions faster and in the right direction.
