No, for scholarship the marks taken under consideration is JEE marks in Thapar University for the merit based scholarship, if there are any other scholarship (private), then it might be possible that they may consider then PCM marks.

Hi Ish,
You can take the exams after 12th, it is accepted but one thing you should keep in mind are the university intakes and admissions. See that you don't miss any deadlines. Take the exams immediately after boards so by the end of the year you can submit the applications.

2019 will be the first time JEE Main results would be declared in terms of percentile, so there is absolutely no data to predict what percentile you would require to get into a good NIT. You could still get an idea about how much you need to score in terms of marks, which will be pretty much as same previous years:about 210+ for top branch in top NITs, 180+ for other branches in top NITs, 150+ for other NITs.

That's the best ever option to do Bachelors in UK rather than India but if you have no money problem. And, I suggest to do in UK, because one of most common problem in India is education system.
