Check out the average placement package of that college. Compare it with others and then decide. It's not that private colleges aren't good, there are many good ones like NMIMS and Symbi. So, just compare your average package and then only decide.

Hello Yakub,
Recently, just a few weeks back, UGC has announced that all distance education courses in professional subjects are banned. Diploma in agricultural engineering is also a professional course and I would not like to advise you to go for Diploma via distance education mode, even if some institutions are offering this.

The cut off for MAH CET MBA at PUMBA starts from 99.99 percentile and falls as low to 93 percentile. You belong to OBC category and that too from Maharashtra state so you can get the benefit of that by getting admission into PUMBA even after getting percentage below this percentile.
