As far as the salary package is concerned, after attaining a degree or Diploma from an IHM, there are high chances to get the best of salary packages according to the Industry standards but the package largely would depend on the segment you choose as in F&B or Front office or Kitchen etc.

There are several institutes in India, which are offering MBA through the part time mode but then the admission procedure or the factors for eligibility may differ from one institute to another.
For most of the part time courses in MBA are run by institutes under the Distance mode, there is no entrance tests required; however if you are a working professional and seeking for this course on the basis of your experience, there could be some entrances required to be qualified.
