Work exp of 2-3 years in many top B-School is considered very important and in some they are one of the eligibility criteria. in UK and USA most of the B-Schools wants 2-3 years work experience to enroll for their MBA program. After Diploma, better you go for BE, because you can continue your career in an Engineering field only, once you got job after completion of your BE, along with your work only you can take MBA, MCA and all. Ifyou going directly to MCA, its loss of your Education.? Be think. and do it.

If you had Maths subject in FY or SY or TY in your BSc then you can do B.Tech civil in three years through distance learning through KSOU which is approved by UGC, DEC and HRD. visit www.ksoucollege.com for details. (There may be private colleges or institutes which may offer you direct B.Tech. Be careful. Don't do BE or BTech in civil which is not UGC recognized as it may have no value in market. Do only UGC recognized degree courses)
