You may do so. Many students start afresh. However, you need to check with the universities, you will be considered if you have a good profile which you seem to have. They must be convinced that you won't discontinue your studies again. So, be sure of what you want before applying. Communicate with the universities, very important at this stage.

Now, if you're UG then you'd go for PG. However, first check if you're suited for Animation.
I would suggest to go to institute in which you wish to apply to get all the details before applying. Some institutes might offer animation course as a Diploma also.

Yes, its necessary to give an entrance exam to get into B.Pharma college.
Most colleges that offer B.Pharma programs conduct their own entrance exams to select eligible candidate.Medical colleges in India offer admission to prospective candidates only on the basis of the ranks that they attain in the entrance exam.

While the option to pursue a single sitting graduation is available in our country today, however, it is not as yet widely accepted. Some organizations and certain post graduate programmes (like MBA) do not recognize the 1 year graduation. Therefore do consider your future career goals before opting for this option.
