Please understand, eligibility is different and admission is different.
You will be eligible for admission to any medical college as long as you are NEET qualified. NEET qualified means 50 th percentile marks and not 50 percent. Last year 50th percentile mark is 145 and so if your marks are 145 and above you are eligible for medical admission.
Admission depends on the specific college, students applied to that college, no of students with more marks than you etc. Government colleges take top rankers and top private colleges also attracts top rankers.
A mark of 360 can get you a decent private medical college and if your are lucky

Till this year, if you want government college you have to appear in state level exam such as WBJEE, UPSEE, MHTCET, CUSAT and many more to get admission in government colleges. If you have appeared in any of these exam then wait for results which will be declared soon and you can get admission easily.
