You will get either a college which is new or who could not build any reputation. Few such colleges are Padmashri Annasaheb Jadhav's Ushatai, Jadhav College of Management Studies-Bhiwandi, Swayam Siddhi College-Bhiwandi (this college takes students to Pattaya for "industrial tour"), etc. You will get an MBA degree for namesake. You need to search for a job on your own and if you are good enough will get a salary anywhere between INR 12000 to 25000 per month.
The second option is slightly better, you can take admission in B-Schools through management quota but your salary won't be so great. Few of such institutes are Bharati Vidyapeeth,

Yes, you can but you cannot get a job with a reasonable salary which means, you will get a low salary job only.
If you pursue MCA, you can get a fair job with a good salary.

If you are able to get admission in a reasonably good engineering college based on some other engineering entrance examinations, then it will be better to go for B.Tech CS or IT over B.Sc-MCA because these degrees are superior to MCA in job market.

CBI recruits candidates through direct recruitment, deputation, promotion by seniority or through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination. All direct recruitment of Group C posts for Sub-Inspectors, Constables and Lower Division Clerk are made through Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
