Hi Divya,
From the experience of my friends who've studied there, I know that the college is good and the placement is also good. My colleagues in WIPRO studied from Ramaiah and speak really highly about the college. But do try for other private institutions like SLS, NIRMA, JINDAL Too if you're looking for a very good ranking for colleges.

No, it is not compulsory to live in the hostel for pursue PGDM course in Praxis. Hostel fees they charge is 80,000 per year excluding other expenses.

To get admission in top government colleges, you should have more than 120. And to get admission in private colleges, you should have a minimum of 70 to 80 / 200 in NATA entrance exam.

Your JEE Mains marks is some short but as you said, you are from SC category, you can get a good government or semi government college. If not, then top private college will you get and scholarship from government. Also, I'd provide you the burden of fee will reduce.
