You might get NIT as per your rank. But you can try to get admission. You may get admission in any NIT in IP or IT branch.

As of now, there is no hostel facility in the university. But I have heard they are going to open it soon in July. I am not sure about it. Can you kindly contact the university and confirm it? I might be wrong. So just call at their office number and confirm it, before you take any step.

For Indian Participants Graduates or Diploma Holders (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline. For International Participants Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised University or Institution in their respective country. Basic understanding of technology, networks, and security, while not mandatory, will be an added advantage.

After B.Sc Zoology, you can employ in any pharmaceutical companies in R&D department as technical analyst/Marketing sector. My suggestion go for Master's in zoology or relevant discipline like biotech. In India, scope for zoology is in very narrow path. After Master's, you can employ in Agriculture firms, veterinary hospital, hatcheirs, colleges with decent salary. All the best for your future.

You might get admission in Manipal University with this rank because your rank is not good enough to get the university. So, you may try for any another college.

If you are from any stream with maths or economics in your 12th class, then you can get a very good college. BBA is not only good for non-medical student but it is also good for medical one too. First of all, BBA is field which is open for everyone, anyone can do BBA it don't have any particular admission criteria.
