There are lot of government and private universities were providing B.Sc. Forensic Science course. Fee will change according to the university standard. If you really want a forensic career. Study B.Sc. In pure Science like physics, chemistry, zoology, botany and go for M.Sc. Forensic Science.

No, you are not eligible for LLB course at Sir L.A. Shah Law College. Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Admission is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying degree. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored in graduation, 10th and 10+2.

Yes, of course, it is worth because they make you learn the depth of technology which you also know not good in India except few colleges. But it does cost a lost of money like $50000+ plus expenses and all. They have engineering valued. If you can spend money, then I would recommend to go for it. Let me know if you need more details.
