To be frank, it is not that easy to get a call from outside India on the basis of CFA level 2. The majority of Indians who work in US are either Software Engineers or stay there on H1B visa or have done their Masters/higher education there and are placed through campus. On the other side, I have also come across people who are graduates and after working for more than 78 years in a descent profile at Investment Bank by starting from scratch and after getting promoted to senior roles have moved outside India by taking lateral

Yes, you just need to score really good in your graduation like 8 or high on a 10 point scale plus it should be a regular programme from a recognised University. However there can be other prerequisites (for example, English proficiency test) set by the University/college you intend to apply. Kindly check with the University/college before applying. Feel free to raise further questions. Appreciate the response by upvoting it. You are advised follow me for future updates and information.
Thanks.

It will vary with your choice of subject which you wish to pursue.
If you get above 85 percent, most probably, you will get the course of your choice.
However, courses like commerce will be a hard fought until you get a overwhelmingly top rank. But, I don't know the details of mark required for every course.
