As per my knowledge and experience, SRCC application forms are not separate. You have to login into the college of Delhi University website. In this, you have to select the courses and after that you have to show your name in that particular college cut off.

As per the official website, Admission to all disciplines will be made in the Autumn Semester of each session at the First Year level through JEE (Main), the counseling for which is done by Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). There shall be no opportunity of a change of branch mid-way during the programme.

In case you have missed the cutoff required for JEE Advanced as JoSSA counselling is there for the rescue. JoSSA 2018, centralized counselling for JEE Main and Advanced to get admissions to top engineering colleges.
