Hi,
It depends on your 12th score also. Also, it varies every year, since it depends on the number of students applying for the institute with higher scores, and also on the results some times. An average percentile can be taken as around 93-99 percentile is required to get admission in Sir J College of Architecture.

Yes, you should write NATA exam to get admission in any architecture colleges. Also, with 93 percentiles in JEE Mains paper 2, you can not get admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
Yes, you can get admission in Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, etc. to get admission in Bachelor of architecture courses.
