The university does not care about the students simple as that in the first year I was so confused with everything because the teachers are not consistent and also they don't care about the students because they only rely on the good students who have extra tuition in their home. They don't actually clear the doubts. If you think that you'll become a great engineer by attending this university, then you're living under the rock my friend. I was a good student when I got the admission in the first year the teachers are so bad they will make fun of you when you'll ask about anything you didn't understand. Some of the teachers are not goo

I don't think you can join two programs at the same time but if you fail to pass the Diploma you can get the admission in B.Tech and clear the Diploma exams while doing B.Tech. I don't know it's common in other universities or not but Techno India University provides this facility.

There is nothing unique about the university expect the students. You'll find variety of students there but not a good teacher in my college life I've only seen 2 or 3 teachers that are helpful towards me regarding any doubt otherwise every teacher is busy in their own way. The university is pretty cool actually with two lift services and a whole floor of practical labs and equipments there is a underground lab for electrical and mechanical batch students also there is a swimming pool but I've never seen that clean. A good size of playing ground and a small football field which is pretty maintained actually.

The infrastructure of the university is not that good because teachers are not that helpful towards you also the students only care about submitting the assignments. As per my knowledge I've seen 15-20% students only get the placements although the companies are good like amazon, Godrej etc. The salary will start from 3L per annum to 8L per annum.

When I was studying in the college there was a canteen where you can find variety of foods including briyani and chinese everything was at a pretty affordable rate but nowadays it's closed after the pandemic I've studied on the university so I don't know much about the mess food or the hostel life that is attached with the college section but outside the college there is several food stores or you can call a bunch of food stalls in the footpath.

So, the things here is the internal marks are divided greatly. There are three written exams: CAT-1, CAT-2 and FAT. Out of 100 marks, these exams contribute 60 marks. Theory contributes 75 marks. So, the rest 15 marks is internals in theory. Now, the teacher can take three assignments or quizzes before each exam depending upon your faculty (either quiz or assignment or both). Rest 25 comes from LAB. Here is the twist, the lab is of 100 marks but that the total you get in 100 is divided by 4 and you get marked out of 25. In lab, after every lab there needs to a assignment that needs to be submitted by due date that is within a day or tw

No, you will have to get online generated relieving letter from the earlier institute, before you join the next college. Without such relieving letter, candidates will not be permitted to join the seat allotted in round 2. Not that there is any kind of seat reservation but since the university is greatly supported by the government of Andhra Pradesh, there are many students (almost 50%) who come through the government exam here- EAPCET and so there is some affect on diversity of college but then there are good crowd in terms of academics because most of the above rankers in EAPCET exam choose this college. So, it is not kind of clear reservations but students here come through VITEEE as well as EAPCET.

The faculty members are good and helpful in Vit-Andhra Pradesh university. You can visit them during their open hours for your doubts and they are actually polite in classes and entertain doubts in the class. Mostly, the faculty members are good in interaction during their lectures. However, the thing is you have to approach them with right attitude and do some preparations before going to them. We should understand that we are undergraduates and so, there can't be spoon-feeding now. In most of the cases, they would surely help you in your problems.

Nope I guess. There is strict attendance policy and for sem exams, you need to have minimum required attendance and classes happens in slots so there might be colliding classes for two courses. But then, there is option of double majors which allows you to do study of another field but you get the opportunity provided you have a good gpa. Hope it answers your query.

So the university system and curriculum is very similar to the parent university- VIT-Vellore. The unique thing about college is I would say the ffcs system that can help you to complete your 4 years or 5 years course in approximately 3 and a half years depending upon how you utilize ffcs and then, for the rest time period if your course you can do the internship and get some practical knowledge. This is one of the unique thing and also, there is a options like double majors and softskill courses that help you to develop yourself.
