HI Shweta, if you want to study in India then appear for CAT. If you want to study for MBA abroad and have at least 3 yrs managerial or supervisory work ex then go for GMAT. GMAT is accepted by a very few B schools in India but CAT is not accepted abroad.
If you are a fresher and want to go to UK for MBA then you don't have to appear either for CAT or GMAT.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

plz understand one thing bro if u ant to do any course do it from nearest to ur dwelling n dont run for institutes no institute is best in this world
institute or college grows with its students n teachers so u become a good student n work hard n make any college proud n u will also get benefit by huge scolarships n goood job
see jobs r in market n r based on knowledge n not on coollege n i hope u know all this as u r working with a huge brand
simple do what u ennjoy doing n forget abt this useless world as this world has never given anything
