Bachelors and Masters are not equivalent in any discipline, anywhere under any circumstances. Again consider the fundamentals and come out of superficial views. MSc IT will give you conceptual, scientific and theoretical aspects. MBA (IT) will look at planning and managing IT projects and infrastructure in a company.
