I assume you came to ask if B.E or B.Tech is better.Basically both are same not much of a difference. If you graduate from university then you will have a B.Tech degree (if they have such degree course) but if you are graduating from affiliated colleges then you'll have a B.E degree.By the way IT/CSE is alone an exemption.
