Hi,
In IIT-B aerospace is the best choice.I know some of the faculties in there who will be of good guidance and i have also worked few projects with them. The facilities for bothe the braches and the faculties are equally good but if you are research oriented choose aerospace else if you are into job after B.Tech then you can choose Civil. All the best for your future.
