Instead of setting in home u can go for m.com or u can do any short term courses which is related to finance like tally, certified financial planning etc. or u can go to any reputed coaching centers for preparation of ur mba entrance exams like cat,xat,mat etc. and then u an get a seat in a good colleges like iim or xavier.

1. Merit in consolidated merit list with 60% weightage of JEE (Main) 2013 and 40% weightage of aggregate marks in qualifying examinations
2. Hii vishwajeet,
enroll your brother for masters in the same field. also he csn go for professional certification like CCNA, sun certification in java, or oracle certifications.
these certificates increase the value of a persons knowledge.
there is another way to get job. and that is the online test for placements like AMCAT and elitmus. these exams are conducted numerous times in a month at different places. the syllabus of these exams is fairly simple .
AMCAT exams are easier than elitmus. once u clear the exams u get call from different companies.
