The basic eligibility for admission in a bachelor’s degree in engineering is successfully completing higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. Admissions are usually done through entrance examinations. Oceanography is a subject that deals with physical, chemical, biological, geographical and behavioural nature of the ocean. Hence it also includes the study of coastal Areas to make a complete package of expertise study so that the degree holders in this field can handle any type of sensitive issue related to ocean and its impact on the coastal areas.
Eligibility:
In order to pursue Masters degree in oceanography, the candidate must secure a minimum of 50 % marks in the graduation degree from any recognized university.
