HI Komal !
The basic eligibility criteria needed to pursue B.E. / B.Tech is as follows :
You need to pass Class 12th with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from a recognized board to join good college. However, there are few private engineering colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. ( and can go more low if you are Quota candidate or management candidate)
Your age must be between 17-23 years.
You need to appear for entrance exams such as JEE-Mains, VITEEE, WBJEE etc.
Warm regards
aSHISH

There are many good colleges in Delhi/Ncr, FMS is equivalent to IIM and other b-schools are also quite reputed. But to get admission in any reputed college you need to get a good score in CAT/MAt/XAT/GMAT and also depends on your criteria for choosing a college, however if you go by prevalent trend first thing which you see in a college is a good placement record. Go for colleges which have good domestic as well international placements.
