I would suggest you do B.Sc. IT from Graphic Era University either from the deemed group or from Hill Group, both the colleges are in Dehradun only and both provide excellent placements. Many reputed companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and TB visit the campus for placements.

Petroleum engineering is a professional degree, where as hotel management is not. If you don't want to worry about studying then choose hotel management. Hotel management is mostly practical based. You can just enjoy doing it. In the present scenario where crude prices are low and many have lost their jobs because of this, its better stay out of it. One more thing, its really unethical to compare these two courses as they are like two different poles. First, be clear whether to do engineering or normal degree. You can also consider courses like marine, harbour, nautical science etc.

The pre-requisites for an M.Phil. degree make it the most progressive research degree preceding the PhD degree. In addition, the degree is also termed as the “thesis-only” degree commonly.
The degree is recognized as a senior or second Master's degree, standing in between the degrees of Master's and PhD. One can opt for this research degree after completing the Master's degree from an affiliate college or institute.
The M.Phil. degree is awarded to graduate students, after attaining original research for several years but right before the dissertation. In simple words, the degree may act as a provisional enrolment for the PhD degree.

LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). You can go for an integrated course here, as well. Faculty in our department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on our skill enhancement. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professi
