Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.

Graduation means successfully completing at least three years course after 12th. Even though diploma is three years, it's actually after 10th. In simple English it will mean completion of college after 12th.

To pursue MBA at a decent college, your graduation score has to be a minimum of 50% (as per the requirement norms). I would suggest you to rethink over your idea of pursuing MBA.
