Mass communication is a good course to pursue after 12th if you wish to get into a creative field. Subjects like media research, reporting, advertising, photography, event management and much more. Before getting in mass communication, make sure you are ready to take challenges, as mass communication is a field where you always need to be on the top.
You will get field jobs and also, there are very fewer chances to get into journalism if you do not have the right contacts. Make sure you have an edge over your field, when you go for the job.

Your stream will not be a problem. You can apply for a graduate course in music therapy if you are truly interested in music.

There are not much quality job opportunities after 12th, I suggest you to go for further studies as it will improve your capabilities and job profile, it will get you more paid jobs, if you can't do regular college from any reason, do it by distance learning.
